A Highlight of Costa Rica – FOOD

Number 1 on my list is travelling the world…seeing places I have never been. Number 2 on my list is tasting local food. Costa Rican food is unique, flavourful and fresh .

Ceviche served with Fried Plantain
Pico de Gallo with Fried Eggs and Plantain


  1. Mouthwatering! Are the fried plantains something like a dessert? In India, they look a little different but served with tea usually.
