Kourion Archaeological Site

A spectacular site which comprises many monuments dating back from the ancient times.

Greek- Roman Theater

The magnificent Greek Roman amphitheater built in the 2nd century BC is a highlight. Well preserved with amazing sea views. They actually still use this for live performances.

Pebble Mosaic Floor

This dates back to 75 BC. Very decorative with a checkered pattern and intersecting circles.

Pyramidal Structure

Dating back to 350 BC, the earliest architectural remains to be found in Kourion.

Earthquake House

This building was constructed during the 1st century A.D. It was destroyed by an earthquake shortly after the 4th century A.D.
