SKY BRIDGE – 5

Started at Bridge 5. Didn’t realize it is the longest and highest bridge. 200 feet above sea level. A challenge for me with my paranoia of height. However …the view of the treetops forest from the bridge is incredible and worth the height.
COATI MUNDI

On Bridge 3 we see a strange little animal …not sure who he is ?? Later we discover he is Coati Mundi, a species of the raccoon family.
VIEW FROM ABOVE

As a garden maniac, this was worth the 1.5 hour hikes along the Sky Bridge. We walked Bridge 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. My favorite view was seeing the Bromeliads. These are native varieties in Costa Rica.
No way could I walk across that bridge- fear of heights!

I visited Costa Rica years ago. I can still visualize the landscape in my memory—the landscape and the rich flowers.

I’ve been following for some time now. The latest WordPress app made it too easy to stop following by accident—but easy to follow again. Keep traveling!

A great experience. Coatis are cute animals and all over Central America and parts of Mexico. Love the pics.

Sounds like an amazing experience. 🙂 I would be scared to see an unknown animal on the bridge! 😛

Your so lucky to have a blue sky! It poured for 3 days when we were in Monteverde, the park looks so much nicer in your pictures with a nice sky!
