The Famous Fish Market is walking distance from our hotel. This is where all the chefs turn up to bid for the best fish. We arrive at 5 PM, no one in site except a rat. We see a few restaurants …all are Sushi. Turns out we are at one of the Top Restaurants in Japan. Chopping live fish in front of us….quite a show.
