Love this! We have lots of robins in our yard, but I never can get a photo of them. They come out when Mike waters the grass and sometimes they will follow him around.

Yes. They are. James (?) Audubon painted many types of birds, but he had to kill them so that they would be still (no no no). I used to live in New Orleans, where Audubon Park, and the Audubon museum was located.

Beautiful photos of a creature that was always a harbinger of Spring for me when I lived in long Winters and deep snow. For months, I’d long to hear the Robins sing. Now I even have a professional singer-entertainer American second cousin whose name , of course, is Robin. 😂 Life has a great sense of humour!🤣💕✨
