2017 – Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Florence, Italy) 🇮🇹 Florence could be the best place in Italy to spend time. There is more than enough things to do in this historical area.The people are friendly and helpful. Communication is easy because English is widely spoken or understood though it is always polite to try at least a greeting in Italian.
There is food to suit the most amazing tastes, and everything in between.

Ah, Florence (or Firenze)…such a sublime city to visit. Sadly, I only had a day in town many years ago, but I do remember the Duomo and the views of the red roofs from above…would’ve loved to have stopped for some that incredible pasta you had!

We were in Florence a few months ago. It’s one of my favourite cities in Europe. The food is amaaaazing.
