2012- Wake up call is 6 AM. After a much needed hot tea, we are off again. Good seat in the back of the Cantor and now we are better prepared for the cold with lots of blankets, and winter hats.

I am standing outside of our jeep and I am smiling but I think I lost my gloves. Maybe I can steal my hubbies gloves.

The morning is beautiful with low lying fog. So many tourists from around the World and many jeeps are surrounding us.

I am delighted to be surrounded with a flock of bright green parrots.

There are many more deer around this time of day and we both noticed this spotted deer and he is staring at us.

Pat is happy looking for another Tiger.

We noticed a bird is excited and this guy petting him.

We enjoy our spicy Indian dinner sitting outside around the fire. Its a blessing to have no stomach problems so far. It speaks volumes for the cook. We join the group of other guests from the hotel around the bonfire. It is a very cold night but with the fire .
By now we know each other and have fun comparing our safari stories over a beers. These beers are a liter size which works fine with us. We enjoy our spicy Indian dinner sitting outside around the fire. Its a blessing to have no stomach problems so far. It speaks volumes for the cook.

Wow!

Your so fortunate to be able to enjoy the traditional food.
I have terrible stomach problems so I would be unable to eat.
But, I do enjoy a beer and a cozy little fire. It looks like a fun time.
Thanks for sharing. Is there a day1post? 😎

I forget that India gets cold at times– you really bundled up there! And it’s great that you’re able to tolerate spicy food: I like spicy, but I do have my limits at times. Glad you had another great time on the safari!

Yes we really loved being on Safari. Second day we didn’t see another tiger. But lucky we brought a blanket with us
