October 2020- We stayed there a few nights in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. We drove over to Cape Forchu located 11 km from the town to see the ancient lighthouse and the coast .The high tide arrived and was followed shortly by sunrise. It was an amazing site to see and we are hoping to return.

Spectacular photo – wish I could take shots like that! To be fair, the lighthouse isn’t actually ‘ancient’ – though I guess that’s a relative term. 🙂

I love looking at those waves, especially from the land. Not sure how I’d feel in a small boat right there.

Yes I always learned not to walk on the black rocks and I would be swept away.
