Wordless Wednesday – Tokyo

Shinjuku National Garden – belonging to Lord Naito, of the Edo era in 1906 as an imperial garden. Later it became a national garden after the Second World War and opened to the public. Loved seeing this area in 2017..Hoping to return soon.

  1. What a beaut! I visited the gardens at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo when I last visited, and your photo of Shinjuku’s is reminiscent of it. Such wonderful greenery, especially in the summer!
