It is grueling to see our world loosing wildlife due to carbon emissions and climate change. Humans must step forward to save our environment. We saw Elephants killed for ivory and every year, an estimated 8% of African elephants are poached!
African lions numbers are going down. 40 years ago there were 250,000 lions in Africa, and now the numbers are down 80% – maybe more.

Great captures. It’s heartbreaking to hear about the impact climate change (and us humans) has had on the wildlife.

Beautiful creatures. I have a soft spot for elephants. I hate all the selfishness of humans that impedes both these animal’s, and many others, lives causing their numbers to dwindle.

Beautiful photos – thoroughly enjoyed them and I will dive into some more of your posts. Nothing beats reminiscing about Africa (apart from being there!). The drought in the Crater looked very bad, often it is green and vibrant!
