Leaving Halifax, N.S. about 3:20 PM on March 9, 2024, I happened to notice a beautiful “Sun Halo”, around the Sun, caused by light reflecting off ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. Here is a photo, taken from the Halifax Transit Ferry
