A snow day is wrapping up just in time for the week. This morning I was able to go out for a walk, with a bit of snow falling.

White-tailed deer are staring at me. The most common deer species in all of North America are not native to Nova Scotia. White-tailed deer arrived in the province over 100 years ago.

Yesterday evening we saw this great sun just above this Bedford Basin

  30. That’s pretty! We have rain but, no snow in the valley yet, and it doesn’t look like there will be any for Christmas. It’s such a stark contrast to this time last year. I guess we got this years snow last year. It was they say a once in a 10 year snow fall last year.
