We visited Laos by the Mekong River. We saw so many poor young children and they are sad.
This little is girl is with her family and she now happy

I remember as a child seeing beggars in Sri Lanka and being confronted by their lack of limbs. What frustrates me is that poverty is considered an easy thing to resolve but no govt seems to have the courage to want to. Sigh.
