We noticed this huge tree and my husband standing there. Our guide told us it was over 500 years old about 130 feet high . This trunk was around 8 feet .
We saw this Green Lizard on the log. He was very active and scampering around.

The tree is a ceiba, sacred to the Maya as the World Tree.

We go to Costa Rica in 2 months! We haven’t planned our beach side on the Pacific Ocean if you have any recommendations on the pacific side, we will be flying out of Liberia.
