Great to see these photos. Both my parents were WW II veterans. My mother was a radar operator during the London blitz and my dad escaped Dunkirk and later was part of D-Day.

It was a tragic time..but hope they all survived .

During WW2 ……. we never learn, do we? My Dad was in the signals too. Captured at Dunkirk. Escaped and was liberated by the Russians in 1944!

Amazing photos, Anita, I like the British flags everywhere in photo 2. Canada still has a connection to the UK as does Australia it seems. 👍🏻❤️🇨🇦
