I love lobster and easy to cook.
Add onions, garlic, celery and salt into the pot with water. and boil.
Add the lobster head down into the water. Once it begins to boil ..Usually about 12 minutes for a 1.4 pound lobster add about 3 minutes for 1.5 pound lobster.
Cut the lobster lengthwise, and remove the meat from the claws and tail. Leave to one side. Cut the meat up into pieces and place back into the shell.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shallot; cook and stir until tender. Mix a bit of cream. Simmer and mix in the lobster and lemon juice, parsley, pepper.
Place the lobster on baking sheet .Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake 375 ..10 minutes until golden brown.
