Street Food Hanoi

We decide to take a go at trying Street Food. Very typical way of eating in this area. Along every narrow lane there multiple places to eat. Phò is arguably Vietnam’s most famous dish. A rice noodle soup made with herbs and either beef or chicken. Chicken Skewers with peanut sauce are my favorite. Loved it.

The hardest part for me is seeing dirty dishes all washed in a plastic wash basin. That’s my paranoia. Huddling on the city’s iconic miniature plastic stools is the second tough part, as my husband is too tall…

  1. One of the members of my SEO team is originally from Vietnam and she likes to eat dog-tail soup when she goes there to visit family. According to her it brings good luck. They have a lot of traditional food that appears odd to us 🙂
