So much to see and do in Thailand. Wonderful sites, shopping , history , people and FOOD!
The flavors and variety, from seafood and chicken to veggies and spices are a show stopper. We roamed into many different places to eat. Some were high end and others on the street. default
Chicken Skewers with peanut sauce became the highlight for me. I could not stop ordering them no matter what time of day or place. I know that are in many restaurants in North America. And yes they are good. But….the flavor here is a show stopper. I really wanted to get the recipe and Voila! I have the RECIPE! Here we go. Its easy peasy.
